Hi, guys! I don't post much about things outside of knitting on my YumiYarns accounts so I've made this separate Instagram account to share my other passion, healthy living. I'm constantly listening to nutrition and wellness podcasts and trying all sorts of new things to improve my life. Not all of them are exercise related (in fact, until recently almost none of them would have been), most of the work that I've been doing for the past few years has been more mindset than physical. I'm definately not an expert in any of these fields, but I feel like I need to share some of the things that I've learned because they may help someone else along their own journey.
We're all walking our own paths so please don't feel like I'm being judgy or like I'm trying to stand on my soapbox with this page. What works for me may not work for you but it never hurts to share our experiences with others and to consider if a change would help to improve our lives. I'm not sure if I'll elaborate more on this page with recipes and such or if I'm just going to leave it as is with a photo reel of my Instagram posts, we'll see how things go.
